The Services are hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information when you visit our store, use Shopify-powered checkout or consumer services, or otherwise interact with us through Shopify’s platform.

Information submitted through the Services may be transmitted to Shopify and to service providers located in countries other than where you live.

Where enabled, Shopify may use information from your interactions with our store and other Shopify services to provide enhanced features, analytics, personalization, fraud prevention, or advertising services.

Learn more through the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy. Depending on your location and the Shopify services you use, you may also exercise certain choices through the Shopify Privacy Portal.

SECTION 7 — COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

We and our partners, including Shopify, may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, maintain security, understand usage, measure performance, personalize experiences, and provide or measure advertising.

These technologies may include:

For information about cookies used by Shopify, review Shopify’s Cookie Policy.

SECTION 8 — MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

We may send promotional emails when permitted by law. You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending non-promotional communications about orders, transactions, delivery, security, policy changes, or customer support.

SECTION 9 — SALE, SHARING, AND TARGETED ADVERTISING CHOICES

Depending on your location, you may have the right to opt out of activities defined as the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising.

You may exercise available choices through the “Your Privacy Choices” or data-sharing opt-out link displayed on our website, where available, or by contacting [email protected].

Where legally required and technically supported, we process qualifying browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out for the browser and device sending the signal.

SECTION 10 — THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES

The Services may link to websites, applications, social networks, payment services, or platforms operated by third parties.

We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of independent third parties. Review their privacy notices before providing personal information.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
